Increased H-1B visa retention
Compete America’s association with leading IT companies has revealed that H-1B visas retention by US President Donald Trump has increased. These include Google, Facebook, Microsoft and others. Competition America accused US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of violating its own terms. H-1B visa applications have been complained that a large number of USCIS holds are on hold.

The Secretary of Homeland Secretary, USCIS, has revealed a number of disparities in legal norms.
