‘Klat-2018’ no needs to be reshedule: Supreme Court
The Supreme Court today ruled that no need to reschedule the joint entrance test ‘Klat-2018’ to reach National Law Colleges across the country. Reassuredly refusing to order back the test. The bench comprising Justices U.U. Lalit and Justice Deepak Gupta refused to curb the counseling process. In fact, the Supreme Court has come up with some technical disadvantages during the joint entrance examination on May 13th … after complaints of losing the time for the candidates. The bench said, “The National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), which has been set up in Cochin, In the meantime … the technical errors demanded to ensure fair justice for students who lost valuable time in the exam. The formula for actions to be taken as a waste of time has been sought to be applied.
