Flipkart Investors have agreed to sell majority shares in the e-commerce giant Flipkart to American retail giant Walmart. Flipkart investors, such as Tiger Global Management, Naspers, Axel, Tansent Holdings, and other companies have sought to sell Walmart. However, SoftBank, the biggest stake holder in Flipcard, is reported to be looking for a better price. SoftBank has 23.6 per cent stake in Flipkart. At least 15 to 17 billion dollars is going to be sold. Walmart is offering 10-12 billion billions of dollars. On the other hand, Amazon tried to break the Flipkart-Walmart Deal and buy Flipkart, but the e-commerce iconic company Amazon still remained disappointed. Flipkart was left with Walmart, although there was more than one offer for Walmart.
